Jimi Needles is a DJ and Turntable Wizard from Southampton. Hailed as a ‘bootlegger extraordinaire’ by his peers, he has quickly built a reputation as a dance-floor destroyer!
With a deadly arsenal of scratches, bootlegs, funky breaks and basslines, he is only now starting to carve out his own distinguishable sound on the festival circuit.
As well as his residencies at Revolution & Junk, Jimi’s turntable work can be found all over UK Hip Hop star Dennis G’s latest album. He is also the drummer for Hannah Williams & The Tastemakers, recently signed to legendary funk label Record Kicks with an album out worldwide this winter 2011.
