The So Called Scumbags are James Edwards & David Minns. Forming in 2008 the duo immediately began causing havoc at London’s top venues with bookings flying in from Union at Fabric, Gallery at The Ministry Of Sound, The SE1 club, The White House in Clapham, Corsica Studios, Egg, and more recently House Rules Big Top Tent at Tiesto in Victoria Park.
Taking their floor rocking sound to Ibiza in 2009 and Sweden in 2010 they raised the temperature at Ibizan Heat, Judgement Sundays, Ibiza Rocks Manumission Party, Grin Recordings and The Audio Damage Boat Party. This year they returned to Ibiza where once again they created an unforgettable atmosphere for the sunset sets at Bora Bora Beach and the Ibizan Heat Boat Party.
Their 2010 remix projects include remixes of Graffiti6 – Annie You Save Me (NW Free Music), Cicada – Your Love (Critical Mass), Vegas Baby – I Can’t Help Myself (Misspelt/Toolroom Records) and Marc Vedo – Liquid Spirit (Koolwaters Records) alongside their own release The Morning Session (Big In Ibiza). Their work has been picking up support and spins from some of the industries most influential heads from Danny Rampling to Mike Pickering, Groove Armada, Dom Kane, Flash Brothers, D.O.N.S & Jonathan Ulysses.
