When Dan was young, he dreamt about being many things; a footballer, a carpenter, and someone who sets up fireworks displays. Then he realised that actually he most liked talking and listening to music, and so he decided to become a DJ, both in clubs and on the radio. It took ages, but now he’s at least a seven out of ten on both counts, and can be heard on Sunday nights on Absolute Radio 90s, as well as at various clubs and parties around the capital.

Playing a of mix of electro and techno (whilst pointing out that it doesn’t really matter what you call it), Dan encourages you to twist your body into shapes of approval, whilst exclaiming your enjoyment to your friend, who may not be able to hear because of all the fun in the air, but expect big tunes that are at once tough and uplifting (but not cheesy).
With a background on the radio, (Absolute Radio 90s, Bestival Radio, Radio Reverb), The Boy Dan Good relishes the chance to actually see the people he’s playing to but, just like the Queen, refuses to take requests.
Having regularly played at London’s infamous Reclaim the Beach parties, The Boy Dan Good is particularly fond of playing venues that don’t have proper walls, so expect a big set at Good Weekend!
